Recipes for Eid Cakes | Special Crunchy Snacks Kastengel
Ingredients to Make Cake Lebaran Kastangel:
• 150 grams of wheat flour
• 25g cornflour
• 125 grams of butter + 1 tsp salt (mix well)
• 2 pieces of egg yolk
• 125 grams of cheddar cheese
• baking powder 1/4 tsp
Kastangel smear material:
• 1 egg yolk
• 50 ounces grated cheese
How to make Crunchy Snacks Special Kastengel:
1. Mix the egg yolks with butter and egg yolk + salt using a mixer until well blended, not too long.
